Christine Anerella, Ph.D.

Christine Anerella, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist, who completed her doctorate at Long Island University in Brooklyn, and her BA in psychology and socio-cultural analysis at New York University. She completed clinical training at Weill Cornell Hospital and the William Alanson White Institute. She's published and presented research on a variety of topics, focusing on substance use and attachment theory. Her dissertation, "Humor Use During Conflict in Close Relationships," won the Student Dissertation Award from the Society for Personality Assessment.
